Our certified yoga instructor will lead you through various poses while goats wander freely between you. New to yoga? No worries! There are no prerequisites (none, zero, zilch!). The moment the goats walk into the room, all your stress will melt away. That's a promise! Bring your camera for photos! We guarantee lots of smiles and belly laughs, goat selfies, warm cuddles, and a relaxing, meditative environment.

Goat Yoga @The Arboretum experiences are 60 minutes and include:

30 minutes of yoga with goats taught by a certified yoga instructor
30 minutes of playtime to pet the goats, take photos and relax with your new fur friends

Guidelines

Must be 10 years and older to participate; no exceptions.
Children ages 10-15 must practice alongside a parent/guardian; each with a paid reservation.
Guest to bring their own yoga mat (or beach towel for outdoor farm experience).
Groups of 7+ must book a private experience

Get ready for the ultimate goat-filled adventure on the farm! This 1.5-hour experience combines movement, relaxation, and plenty of quality time with our friendly goats.

Ultimate Farm Experience @Reverse the Kerrs Farm, Elgin are 90 minutes and include:

Goat Yoga – Enjoy 30 minutes of yoga led by a certified instructor while our playful goats roam freely around you. No yoga experience? No problem! It's all about fun, laughter, and goat snuggles.
Goat Hangout – Spend 30 minutes unwinding with the goats—cuddle them, take photos, feed them treats, or simply sit back and enjoy their calming presence.
Goat Hike – Take a guided walk through our scenic farm trails with our goat crew trotting alongside you. Breathe in the fresh air, soak in the peaceful surroundings, and enjoy a moment of pure joy in nature.

Guidelines

Goat Yoga Chicago experiences at Reverse the Kerrs Farm allows you the opportunity to be one with nature, one with goats, and one with your soul. We are a unique farm in that we sit on the edge of a beautiful wetland full of a variety of birds and other wildlife that provide a beautiful chorus of sounds from sunrise to sunset. Only five minutes from the farm are great places to eat, grab coffee, and enjoy micro-brew beer. We are located less than an hour outside of Chicago in Elgin, Illinois. Our address is: 11N435 Muirhead Road, Elgin, Illinois 60124. We are an easy drive from I-90; take exit 52 on to Randall Rd., turn left (or South) onto Randall Rd., in 3 miles turn right to merge onto US-20 W toward Rockford, in 2 miles turn left onto Plank Rd., in another 2 miles turn left onto Muirhead Rd., in 1 mile the destination is on your left.

The Arboretum of South Barrington is a wonderful place to eat and play! The open air center boasts many upscale shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The Arboretum is located thirty minutes outside of Chicago in South Barrington, Illinois. Our INDOOR experiences take place in Suite F-70 next to Pure Green, across from Hampton Social at 100 W.
